Therapy with Zoë provides a safe space for you to process your own thoughts, feelings and emotions without any agenda or expectation at a pace that feels comfortable and right to you.
My approach to individual therapy is integrative which means I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities and ways of working, to create a personalised treatment plan that meets the unique needs of every client.
My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for my clients to express themselves, explore their emotions, and develop the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges. I work collaboratively with all my clients, recognising that they are experts on their own experiences, to help them build resilience, working through their difficulties and challenges to achieve their therapeutic goals.
